This Is An Article About The Truth…

Is VIRON a scam?
Is Vinh H. Le a scam?

Comprehensive Report & Response
05 December 2025

You are here now because you have read something from “their” “side” without any explanation from Vinh’s side, until now. Understand the absolute truth.

A scam is, by definition:

  • A fraudulent or deceptive scheme designed to cheat someone out of money, personal information, or something of value.
  • An act of trickery or dishonest manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage, usually at another person’s expense.

In America, they say, “you are innocent, until proven guilty”…and beyond a “reasonable doubt”.

It is with hope and prayer that everyone reading this report will be able to read between the lines, exercise sound judgment in terms of what is “fair and just”, and determine if an actual “scam” has occurred at all!

FACTS.

  1. VIRON.NETWORK is a civic and transparent company. We stand behind our 100% performance guarantee DRs product and will respond to any inquiries, whether they are false, misleading, or malicious.
  2. In this case, we are obliged to respond because some individuals out there have not done proper research, are one-sided, appear to be malicious, and/or are trying to associate the current civic company of VIRON NETWORK with the “TeamVinh” entity in a situation that occurred over a decade ago with our respected Managing Partner (Mr. Vinh Le). VIRON is further obligated to respond because several VIRON partners witnessed the TeamVinh situation in 2015, under the SEC's burden. Furthermore, it is documented that the bogus “informant” is a former high-level partner (someone Vinh trusted and loved) who wanted to take over the company, and eventually succeeded (when TeamVinh was “closed”)! This ultimately caused partners to lose money because TeamVinh was no longer permitted to continue under those circumstances.
  3. From 2009 until the SEC claimed that “Vinh was a scam” in 2016, TeamVinh incurred well over $2MM in expenses. *However, the SEC claimed that TeamVinh “defrauded” its members/investors over $2MM. *Which would mean that Vinh would have had to NOT pay any payables for over 2 years!
  4. There are partner witnesses of the “you know who’s” agenda to discredit Vinh, who used that circus sideshow to instill “fear” and attempted to persuade some partners/friends of Vinh to “get their money back” (even when they did NOT want their money back), and even tried to get them to “testify” against Vinh!

Let’s talk about “TeamVinh” and Vinh H. Le

In 2009, TeamVinh launched. A professional services company designed to address the epidemic failure rate in the network marketing (“MLM”) industry and to free individuals worldwide from its financial burden and harm.

In the same year, “Bitcoin” (BTC) was also launched. Designed to free individuals from financial enslavement. By 2015, Bitcoin was still considered a “scam,” and so was TeamVinh.

Because Bitcoin was an unstoppable force (a decentralized crypto creation on the blockchain), it continued without scrutiny, interference, or burden. Today, when it comes to “money”, Bitcoin’s value is considered as digital “Gold”.

*All the while, most of the world’s current fiat currencies are now compared to “toilet paper”. Fiat is either being banned or shifted away from (we trust that you know why). *Emphasis: Please re-read the definition of a “scam”.

Although there was a clear non-refundable policy (the typical policy for any advertising and marketing company), the few who requested a refund when TeamVinh was in business were granted a refund! Therefore, this begs the question…who was “complaining”?

Or, who was “unhappy”?

And, why wasn't, for example, a “John Doe” the plaintiff?

Instead,

Why was the SEC the “plaintiff”?

:::
ANYHOW, HERE IS THE FACTUAL RESPONSE (with notarized affidavits that speak for themselves). It also includes the SEC’s “allegations”:

SUMMARY.

On the surface,
The SEC “demanded a JURY TRIAL”. However, the case never made it to trial, and because of what was signed, this matter remains sensitive, and the defendant cannot discuss this case freely in public (again, we trust that you know why).

Please read between the lines, and please use your logical judgment.

The work of TeamVinh pertains to freeing the masses from the wrong ways of Network Marketing (“MLM”) and its epidemic failure rate, which has harmed countless people for well over 100 years.

THE HERE AND NOW.

To this day, when you pay a marketing company (such as Facebook, or Google, or “Marketing 360”) or run an “ad” in a newspaper (such as The Star Tribune, Minnesota, or The New York Times, New York), and it does NOT pan out, ARE THOSE OUTFITS A “SCAM”?

By the way, the world of “fake news” (CNN / FOX / etc.) is real and has already been super exposed by the respected U.S. President, Mr. Donald J. Trump.

MOVING FORWARD.

VIRON NETWORK has taken the trial-and-error of history (what may NOT have worked in the past), adjusted and tuned key variables so that it can work! And of course, VIRON has Mr. Vinh H. Le, the original concept creator himself, as the most experienced Advisor to advise VIRON accordingly. Thus, VIRON now offers a genuine, 100% Performance Guarantee product, DIRECT REFERRALS (DRs), and is second to none.

:::
Of all of the recent MLM programs that have failed you/us, how many of those programs were properly “investigated” by the SEC before you got scammed? It is only after you have been scammed that certain “investigations” can trigger. But one would have to make sure that the entity conducting the investigation does a proper investigation.

Rhetorically speaking,
When the one news agency was asked specifically“other than the allegations made by the SEC , “WHO IS THE ACTUAL ALLEGER”? *This is a question indeed because there is no valid individual complaint (BECAUSE AGAIN, THE FEW THAT WANTED A REFUND WERE REFUNDED!). To this day, there is no outstanding valid complaint by any individual!!!

If you choose to believe in this case (that “VINH IS A SCAM"), then just read the actual case, especially the final verdict...

Then it will raise this question:

In AMERICA, the land of the free? And what about "freedom of speech"? WHY was Vinh NOT able to talk about this case freely after he signed the said "settlement agreement"?

Again, in the world of “fake news”,
U.S. President Donald J. Trump has already super verified that even CNN, Fox News, etc. generate fake news.

In other words, if someone wants to be careless or create websites such as humanproofdesigns.com, ScamXposure, etc., that label people or companies a “scam”, then they would simply rely on fake news and/or the “SEC” and need not verify the truth.

MORE FACTS:

  1. Gross revenues were $2MM or less. Gross COSTS were well over $2MM!
  2. Vinh was not on any key bank accounts. Only the Accountants and the Secretary were involved in the accounts (which meant there were multiple sets of eyes on each and every transaction, which required receipts).
  3. Within the costs, the President’s salary (Mr. Kenneth Wallace) alone was $10k per month. And if Vinh (who served as Chairman) had taken a salary himself, which he did NOT, it would have significantly increased the costs! *The revenue of TeamVinh.com, the company at that time, was not enough for Vinh's salary. Thus, he could live only on funds borrowed personally, and even then, he injected the majority of those personally borrowed funds into the company as needed. As witnessed and stated by the notarized affidavits.
  4. At no time did anyone from “HumanProofDesigns” ever interview Vinh. *People really need to stop taking one-sided stories. Always be aware that these types of websites can persuade you NOT to buy a good product, and then steer you into buying THEIR shady product(s)!

:::
Food for thought…

The only evidence (Quickbooks Accounting data and record) stored in storage by the Secretary that could have easily set the record straight was conveniently lost/missing? How come?

And for all the expenses that flowed through the bank accounts, why was that “missing” or not properly reviewed?

In closing, in the world of “fake news”, if you believe everything you hear, then that is your prerogative. However, it is always wise to see ALL sides of the story before making any particular “final judgement” because certain news can either “help” or “harm” you (by causing/misleading you to potentially lose a valuable opportunity).

Obviously, Vinh is not the “big brother” gov in society. And regarding big brother himself, Vinh is respectful of what is said, so he doesn’t get misunderstood.

Vinh only prays that he is blessed to continue his mission and help the chosen individuals succeed in this industry.

Please always keep an open mind.
